We operate under strict inventory control and workflow management from the moment equipment is received until it is delivered to the end user. All information about the devices we manage is recorded, including user names, addresses, and general details, along with confirmation of deliveries and collections via PODs.

Each device is physically and systematically inspected. Serial numbers are recorded, and photographic evidence of received batches is obtained. Equipment is logged into the system and placed in racks for quick location using numbered and lettered identifiers. An inventory report is periodically sent to clients. We handle high-volume operations nationwide, performing specific configurations for each device for executive use. We also provide technical support for these configurations, as well as device replacement services due to technical failures, theft, loss, or end-of-life replacement. Our team has participated in one of the world’s most important exhibitions, ITEXPO Miami.

All our facilities are monitored 24/7 with 360° cameras that capture motion-activated video both indoors and outdoors. Access to technology rooms is restricted through facial recognition biometrics.
